Overall great experience renting a locker here. Helpful staff and convenient location and of course the pricing is competitive with anyplace else nearby. Would for sure recommend this place to a friend.

The woman at the desk--I think her name was Kimberly--was charming. This was at the Van Buren location. We tried to rent a unit at your Thomas and 32nd Avenue location and didn't because the woman was condescending and would not let me use the online coupon.

This storage unit is perfect for me in many ways, because of how the establishment is managed.

I just moved into the storage unit. It's a great place. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean. It took less than 10 minutes for my paperwork.

The storage was what I expected. I had to buy a lock for my unit. There is a security lock on the door outside the units.
