The grounds are not the cleanest and they're definitely not the prettiest, but the staff that works there is excellent. The manager even lives on the grounds, so nobody is coming in after dark and he makes sure that there aren't any loiterers around. He treats the place like home, because it is and that makes me feel that might belongings are safe.

I have other units rented here and the staff has always been great to work with, much better value than where I used to rent. This unit had a tiny door but I got my BIG piece of furniture through it sideways only for short term. 5x8 outside unit best for boxes.

Provide everything I need for cheap. Very nice customer service.

Denise was amazing! They are on top of it! They make sure there is no funny business going on. Like people trying to live in the units. Very friendly

The unit was in the back back (last row) and no climate control in Arizona heat. Will not use this storage space again.

I made a reservation in advance and when I got there I had ordered a 10 by 10 air-cooled unit which was not available and they didn't even have my confirmation I had hired for guys to help me move and it cost me more because of the time frame it wasn't his fault because he had no idea that it was bad communication, I took the unit so I had no choice but I would have left otherwise because I had hired people to help me move

staff was very helpful and I own a maid service and needed access 24/7 and they made arrangements with no hassle at all?And the unit and site were extremely clean that was very important to me.

Had everything ready we I walked in the door. Showed me my storage unit made sure everything was good with it and they were very friendly and helping. Good part of town right off the main road easy to see and was easy to get in to.

Great customer service!! Went online and reserved a storage unit. I drove less than a mile down the street to sign paper work. Everything was printed and ready for me to review and sign. Outstanding and so thankful!

Awesome customer service, I was greeted and cared for immediately, and felt like my business was appreciated. The only reason this isn't a five-star review is the sign on the wall when you walk in that says "All storage measurements are approximations". The storage room looked smaller than I expected, and when I measured it, it was 10 feet across, but only 8'10" deep. (I rented a 10'x10') The friendliness of the staff definitely made up for any other issues!
