I would say it was okay but my code that I was given didn’t work. They gave me a basement storage when I asked for a different floor but I was told because I did it online I have to take what they give me already. And then I am supposed to have the 1st month free but I was told no I have to pay no and then the next month I will get it free I hope they honor that but only time will tell.

Seems like only one person works here. She appears to be pretty awesome. Still very clean and organized. No option for 24 hour access but thats understandable given the area. Elevator is super handy.

Got a 5' x 10' storage unit, clean, easy and secure. Only gripe was that the deal I reserved had more fees than expected, but honestly it's a decently secure facility with AC and easy access, which I wanted. Though for the price I would have preferred 24/7 at least it's accessible everyday.

I set this up at the last minute and the women at the front desk were more helpful and accommodating that I had a reason to expect. They even let my movers load my stuff into the space while I was filling out the paperwork instead of making them wait around. Also best prices in Phoenix.

It was easy to make a reservation and come on & complete process. The unit was climate controlled and clean. They also had great move in specials as well as free carts to unload your truck which saved me money from having to rent one. Only thing is itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not 24/7 but as long as you finish by 10pm youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re good!

I feel confident that my stored belongings will be safe and secure here. The building is new. The halls are clean and open which makes me feel safe too. The doors roll smoothly so you don't have to fight them. All-in-all it looks great.
