The staff friendly and helpful.

It would be more than a three star rating if the freight elevators worked. I have been here three times and they only worked once. Makes it harder to move stuff to my unit.

It was easy to rent and I moved my stuff in that very day.

I work nights. The office started calling me at 9AM to confirm my booking. I hit ignore, but they just kept calling. Leave a message or send a text. When I arrived, I learned I needed to by a tumbler lock from them. That would have been helpful information in advance. But.....the price is right. They had my spot ready.

I didn't believe the prices were really as cheap as they are. I thought there was some kind of catch to it. But nope there really that cheap. It's awesome. Thank u for making storage affordable.

Entrance code pad really close to a main street and aisles are pretty small. Other than those decent price. What I really liked was quick response to call when I paid online and when I needed help on property. He was working on property but stopped to help me buy lock in office.

Great customer service. I was planning to move storages due to several different reasons. This one feels like itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s was a better move and cheaper than what I was paying and closer to my home. So pretty much many more pluses on this storage unit.

They offer drive up access! Very helpful staff, great facility!

They refuse to work with us. Chance gave us the corporate number and said they would work something out with us because my mom got Covid and lost her job. We called them and they said that Chance was supposed to do it. I wish theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d quit passing the buck off and take responsibility. We are trying to keep our stuff. Fricken ridiculous. I wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t recommend this crooked place to my enemy. I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know how they sleep at night. No remorse whatsoever. Evil place.
