The storage facility is fine, but it is not what we expected to pay. Besides "hidden fees," the original price was allegedly only a promotion price for 5 months. And then, we were told, it would go up significantly. This was all very inconvenient as we had to go forward that day and couldn't take time to comparison price at that point.

Checking into the unit was super easy and the staff was very friendly. We got a drive up unit which made moving in super easy. The unit was clean, easy to access, with enough space outside to park our 20 foot uhaul. On top of this, we also received 50% off our first month through an online promotion! Would definitely recommend.

I am very happy with the professional, courteous and quickness of completing my ppwk by Vanessa in the front office. She was very helpful and kind as well. On move in day another female staff member came by and gave us all cold water and answered questions. This great experience made my move a little less stressful. Thank you!
