Vida Herrera, the store manager, is extremely thoughtful, personable, and helpful. She explained everything clearly and took her time showing me the size of the unit I was looking for, as well as other options. She was professional throughout her time showing me around, but also a delightful conversationalist. It is a rarity nowadays to encounter such a sincerely enjoyable person in the business domain.

This is my first time personally using a a storage facility, but I have assisted other friends and family members with theirs. I would like to say that I was rather impressed with the service and ease of access of this facility. I have already recommended this site to other people.

Preston, Vanessa were great to deal with and very helpful with loaning me locks for the day until I could go buy a complete 4 set of locks for the double access 10x20 size units which is very helpful when you have the storage packed high and tight.

I love that the unit is a drive up because with 2 small kids it makes unloading/loading easy. This is definately worth the money and the manager was super friendly and helpful. I wish I could get this kind of service more often
