StorQuest - Phoenix / 7th

This is a great facility it's clean, well-lit and has music. I feel comfortable going in by myself, which is great. The service has been excellent!

This is my 1st time getting a storage and Mike I have to say was the best part of it all. He made the process so easy, super fast and friendly.

Storage unit prices are going up like crazy & smaller units sell out quickly so I was happy to find a 5x5 at this location for around $80 a month. Not only that but the building itself was neat and convenient to move into, and the employee that sold me the unit (Bear) was super friendly and helpful. Apparently I was his first ever customer but he did all the paperwork quickly & showed us around the place just like any pro.

Robert was extremely professional and knowledgeable!

Storage unit was clean paperwork wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t too bad, we got there late and Patrick helped us and stayed late for us so we can move the stuff we brought.

The cleanliness and friendliness is exceptional. I have used Uhaul, Public Storage, local one-off facilities, and other chains and this facility is far superior in staff helpfulness & friendliness and the upkeep & cleanliness of the facility.

The customer service was great, and the whole building is very clean, I really like a lot that. About the storage was super clean. The only thing was that I have to wait longer because the person in charge wasn't there and someone else was filling up, but other than that the service was good.

Julius is really nice to work with, but management needs to hire a second office person to handle customers. I waited 55 minutes after driving 5 hours because they were understaffed. The place is clean and it appears to have good security.

Just rented a climate controlled 10 X 20 unit and it looks nice. Needing to move all the furnishings from my apartment into unit because moving back in with Dad. Shawna was great. Hoping I have a long-term good experience there.

Safe, clean environment. Air condition, rest rooms and music while moving in. Greatest thing are the wheeled trolleys that are provided at no extra cost. Made moving in effortless.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m just moving in but so far this place is leagues above any other storage facility I have rented. The office staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The place is very clean and offers great hours. I am transfers all my stuff from a unit I had with U-Haul which is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Def recommend this is place to anyone.

The facility is well managed and clean. Convenient location as well. They charge for insurance at move in which I was not told about. Most homeowners insurance covers this storage so make sure to bring the dec page from your homeowners insurance policy at move in!

This StorQuest location is clean and the staff are very accommodating. The quality is most excellent, and the features what I was looking for. Apparently they no longer offer a moving truck which was a small drawback. Despite the fact that they did seem to not have docusign for online contract signatures, we were able to complete the storage request remotely. The transaction was quite smooth and I would do it again.

Moving is stressful and overwhelming.... But Shawna made this experience painless! This place is super clean and state of the art!

Facility is great, but they get you with the admin fee and you have to purchase a specific lock from them. Also they don't have a truck on site to be used, so renting one is necessary for larger items.

I decided to go with StoreQuest storage based on the price and the pictures I saw online. Other storage facilities I looked at were around the same price or maybe a tad bit cheaper but weren't nearly as nice. When I went to fill out my paper work Shawna Morris greeted me and assisted me with my check in. She was super friendly and very helpful. She had me in and out around 15 minutes. Great customer service which I always look for. The facility is new and in great shape, very clean and well kept. I would absolutely recommend storquest on 7th street and Indianschool to anyone looking for a storage facility.
