Good price and location. Did all online. Only problem was width of roadway to unit. Was very tight for Uhaul truck.

Was initially told when I called to buy the wrong lock, but we ended up making it work, and the person helping at check in was great.

I was really pleased that my new storage locker was convenient clean and affordable. And the guy that checked me in… I forgot his name was super nice!

No hassles and no delays in registering and getting into my unit.

Very accomodating the storage room was clean and all times were clearly reviewed for my convenience and knowledge of accessibility.

Easy access off of a NOT busy street, affice & payment kiosk right as you pull in. Attendent was very helpful; tour of facilities, verified unit would be right size for my needs. Paperwork pretty much standard. Keep in mind units are not climate controlled you do need your own lock.

This place is great. Simple, affordable and easy no hassle terms.

Nice manager, quick process and very reasonable prices. All units are drive up. Only drawbacks are the location, the small driveways and the size of the roll up doors, but thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s why the price is great!

Customer service from Janet was great. Seems to be about average price for the size of the storage unit that we needed. Hours open are satisfactory and they have an onsite manager. Location is ok.

I was so impressed with the staff at this facility. I had a difficult move going on and they made sure that my storage needs were the least of my problems. I feel safe and secure in their hands.

I had many variables at play around my move in and she was open to allow me to change my arrival. She had a lot to do all at the same time when I arrived but kept her sense o humor, which always helps. I appreciated her concern for my time, and also that I have a nice, reasonable person to go to if I need help.

They were nice and it took less than 15 min and we were loading stuff into the unit. Thank you.

Everyone there seemed to be very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk. She was like a friend I haven't seen in a long time. Very nice, but still professional. Great customer service!

From the time I got there to the time I left it was a pleasurable experience. The staff was awesome and the place very clean.

A lot of additional fees. Wasn't expecting to pay more than the stated price & taxes.

The several times i have been there a transient couple have been there and it seems they live in their unit during the day. I felt uncomfortable with that.

Fast, friendly, but need bigger driveways..too cramped

Manager Robert was a great help! Even with his printer not working to print the lease I was in & out in less than 5 minutes with signing a paper lease. I had my daughter there & he was quick to hand her a water bottle when she said she was thirsty. Great guy, knowledgeable, clean facilities, happy customer :)

It would have been better to go with the first choice that my fiance and I agreed to. We need to get a storage facility closer to where we live.

I was in a huge bind with moving and Ian was extremely patient and helpful. I recommend this company every chance i get
