Got a great price on a 10x10; saved myself $70/mo for the next 6 months at least. Love that I can use app to open the gate at this facility. Carts are not readily available here but property staff is always willing to hunt one down for you

Very nice front desk staff and great pricing. Only complaint so far is that the don’t have very many carts for the indoor, climate control area…and at least one of the cards is very hard to maneuver. Otherwise, a very good deal!

it was a good experience the manager Tanya made everything easy-going gave us a tour of the place explained everything we needed to know, she was great making sure that we was comfortable and offer us water's and once we decided to get the storage she made the paperwork part nice fast and easy to understand ЁЯША thank you for the great customer service hope everywhere the service was like this.

The day I moved in the lock was not off my unit and because I moved after hours I couldn't get ahold of anybody. I had to pay a different moving company to come out the next to move my stuff in. My second payment came up and when I logged in it said late payment. When I called it was prompted to an automatic called back and never received one. By the time I actually able to speak to someone they added on a late fee. When I asked customer service about it all they said it wasn't applied to this morning. And they can't waive the late fee. After that they just hung up on me. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Not too mention the store rarely answers their phone and mailbox is always full.

I've been with this facility for about 6 months o e never had an issue with any team member infact I was the one late on a payment and while I know it can't be done all the time they waived my late fees as a one time courtesy. they have always gone above and beyond to insure my satisfaction in doing business with them. o really I'm very satisfied with this facility and I've done business with about 5 in the last 4 years none of which came close to their customer service.

I have 2 units at this storage facility and overall it is a decent place to store. Good online deals (via sparefoot.com), fast easy move in process, good location, and secure. Only 2 things I would change if I could would be they need to have an after hours number posted in case a tenant is late (after 10pm) exiting the gate. I have accidentally gotten locked in the facility because I was 4 mins late leaving. There is not a phone number to call when this happens and I have never seen a storage facility NOT have an after hours number to call in case of an emergency/nonemergency. That being said, the second thing I would change is the ability to have 24 hr access for business professionals who operate at any time of day and night. But overall this self storage is a 4 out of 5 facility.

I went to see many storage places (other companies) trying to find the right one and seemed like something was wrong with each one i visited. I was so glad to find this place. Scott is very helpful and professional. Everything is so expensive right now but I am comfortable here. There's a locked gate, the place is kept clean, move-in was very easy.

I was given some inaccurate information while I viewed the facility the day before I moved in. I am yet to measure the storage space because I do believe the space is smaller than advertised. This issue caused me much anxiety and difficulty.

Overall I liked the premise however; was not made aware of 2 things… 1. Must insure the unit or pay $11 per month with them 2. Must take a cylinder lock or pay $20 with them. Had I been informed I would have been prepared.

One person working, long waits. They will require you purchase insurance that they have, they don't tell you this ahead of time so you can try to get your own. They will also require you purchase their special lock even though other locks will fit. I had a lock that would work. I saw some other units with regular locks. They will raise your monthly rate as soon as they can.

Over all the place is clean. Every one I have dealt with has been very helpful. When I moved my stuff in I realised the unit I got was not large enough. The process of getting a larger unit was seamless and quick.

The only thing I would say is that they need a second front desk person when they are expecting more people to show up and the call center needs to do a better job of setting realistic expectations it was about double out of pocket what I was told.

They charge you hidden fees even though you verify costs before. They say you have to use their lock that they charge for but I have pics of people with regular locks on. Charge insurance required. Charge charge charge.

I got a nice price on a unit however while making a drop off I went in the gates at about 9:45pm and got my stuff to my unit then pulled up to the gate to leave at 10:07pm and received a nice “it’s past hours, call site manager for assistance” message. Well, intercom didn’t call anybody, nobody works past 5 I suppose, called every number you can find for this place including one that was left on my paperwork and nobody answered any of those either. Ended up having to call 911 to get a cop to let us out with a special key. Asked the kid who works there about it and he said “your lease says 5am-10pm” but nowhere did it state if you go in BEFORE 10pm but try to LEAVE at 10pm you will be trapped inside with no way out but calling the cops because no one at this business answers their phones. I had about an hour to run through all the paperwork and yes, they failed to mention that one. No explanation on why no one bothered to answer their phone no apology for being locked in, nothing. If the kid would have said we’d be locked in at 10pm that’s on me but he did not, so if you get a unit here...don’t go any time around 10pm.
