Our experience renting a storage unit here was one of the smoothest transactions we’ve ever had. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable about the available spaces, and very helpful. Sylvia was such a joy to work with—she took the time to show us different options and even recommended a unit that doesn’t get direct sunlight (a major plus in Arizona!). That small detail made a big difference—we wouldn’t have thought of it until we were sweating through the move. The gate hours are also super convenient, allowing us to come and go as needed.

We have been renting from River Crossing for a couple of months. The facility is clean and secure. The folks at this location are very friendly, and understanding.
