Very nice facility and helpful staff. The unit was super clean and very spacious. Overall good experience at this location.

The area is full of homeless people, the rolling door to drive in is constantly broken. Not a safe area but the units seem secure

I found this place at the perfect moment in a lucky day with the right prices! Moving and storing your two bedroom furniture in two days with almost no help Is not easy!! The fact that I got this unite eso easy it took minutes on line, got extra boxes at their office and the customer service is refreshing, made the whole experience a really fun one!

I reserved my unit online. I had a follow up call to make sure I didn't have any questions and made sure I had received my text message with the gate code and instructions. When I got there the young man was happy to explain the entrance process. I did love that you pull into the actual building to unload, perfect in this Arizona heat.

This is a new facility, and right now there are some bargains to be had since storage in Phoenix seems pretty overpriced to begin with. The managers were helpful, but there are not enough carts for the amount of units for moving your stuff in and out especially at the first of the month. Also, not really easy to get into and out of if you have a rental truck or anything larger than a car to transport your items. Is very clean though, and a large facility.

I would recommend this facility to my friends and family.

The paperwork was easy and explained price was fair (I got a 10x22) payment through the app is easy to set up and move in is is easy

seems ok. codes didn't work. I had to wait awhile for property manager to return to get that fixed. Big exit Garage door was broken. Was not able to enter garage. I had to unload everything outside and bring through a pedestrian door. Unit is clean. Elevators are dirty from use. It will probably work.

Storing here is such an efficient process and some of the promotions are unbelievable! The only downside was that one of the doors to the loading area was not functioning when I arrived.

Good value for the size, amenities, and location. Front office friendly and knowledgeable, clearly explain the process, timelines, fees, expectations. Storage unit clean and maintained. Interior loading bay needs to be cleaned and maintained better throughout the day and monitored for people picking up their items and not leaving them or trash behind, e.g. discarded cardboard boxes, food and drink containers were left in boxes next to elevator walls for 2 days.

Had A Great Experience When I Had 1St Arrived And The Facility...Had A Great Welcome...Everything Was Explained To Me Very Clearly...Jose A Sosa...Checked Me In Went Over Everything With Me Explaining All The Details How Things Worked...Showed Me Around Took And Showed Me Where My Unit Was...I’ve Never Been Greeted Like That At A Storage Facility Such As The Visit I Had On 4/29/21 Jose Just Had A Great And Super Attitude Great Young Man...I’m Very Happy For Choosing Prime Storage For Our Belongings...I Guess That’s Why The Boss Man Made The Choice To Call It Prime Storage...Because They Offer “”Prime Service”” Thanks To All The Staff Members For Making My Visit And Thanks For Prime Storage To Be Here...Now Our Stuff Has A Cool And Very Tidy Home To Live In...🙃

Interior storage is decently clean, and well climate controlled but there was garbage sitting in the freight elevator.

First storage I have ever rented. I didn't know what to expect but I was very impressed. The facility is immaculate and feels very safe.

The move in was a little crowded but still went smoothly. Most employees were very helpful, especially Jeremy. The facilities were very clean although the elevator was a little dirty but thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s to be expected with such high traffic that day. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience and would recommend this place.
