Sandy (manager of the facility) was extremely helpful and courteous while getting me setup with a space to store my trailer. I was very impressed with the security practices they follow to ensure everything stays safe to including walking the facility regularly. I honestly thought all storage facilities simply relied on cameras alone.

The on site employee was the best smile and conversation I've had that whole week. She just made everything better with all this stuff going on ( I lost my apartment ). She made it SO EASY and smooth that it literally didn't seem like I was at a storage facility. You can really tell she loves and takes her job to heart. I am super happy I went to this location. I worked with Sandy while I was there. She was so helpful and friendly to me and my son. She gave me a tour and went into detail about the features and different sizes available. She also looked in her database to make sure I got the best deal for what I needed. I've already gone to add items to my unit and she happened to be making her rounds. She checked in with me to make sure I had everything I needed to move in. I like the location, price, and staff.

Oh my, oh my these two ladies, Sandy and Cheyanne are extremely nice, helpful, knowledgeable and have the best customer service, which seems to be hard to get now a days. They were patient with all of our questions. My husband and I highly recommend to go to Public Storage on 75th Ave. and McDowell if you need extra space to store your stuff.

I called on a Friday & talked to Jesse & said I needed a Unit ASAP he told me he had 1 available & I said I'll be there first Saturday they opened at 940 & I was there at 915 from the moment I walked in he was so Nice & helped me out , took me to my unit & talked about insurance & I bought a lock , my over all experience was GREAT I would recommend to my Family & Friends ,

Great customer service. Quick, efficient and easy. Hours are a little frustrating as AZ is extremely hot while sun out. Having later access, 10/11pm would be helpful.

I was beyond Ticked off when I called them to reserve a storage unit a week ago, but they turned my whole day around with just how friendly, accepting and welcoming they were. Letting me vent about why I was mad even though they didn't need to, had a unit ready for me.. I'm very pleased.
