Poor customer service. No manager on site

Called and made a reservation and went the next day to move in. Fairly easy to complete.

Staff was very professional and kind. It was very easy to reserve and pay online. Drove right up to my storage unit. Very nice and smooth process.

Waited on hold for 45 minutes, just to be told that cant help me!!!!! Very frustrating!!!! Not user friendly when trying to pay bill! Just a real shitshow if you ask me!

Great service and helpful staff. Climate controlled units are clean and cooled via air conditioning.Would recommend this facility to those in need of a clean, safe area to store their belongings.

The storage facility customer service was very professional and informed. All Covid-19 safety protocols were adhered to and appreciated. Thank you for everything!

I am currently in the process of moving, unfortunately I passed my grace day period under the impression that my apartment would be ready before 6 day grace period and I occurred a late fee. When I arrived to Public Storage location #07021 I was helped by one of your great team members on management Rene. Rene was very helpful, knowledgeable, SHE EVEN HELP ME SAVE MONEY, and helped me with removal of my late fee with the one time courtesy call. I am sure glad I picked this storage location with the friendly service, professional atmosphere, and very well cleaned area through the lobby and units. Rene was the superstar who tracked my need for storage three weeks in advance. She called me regularly to make sure my needs were accommodated when the movers arrived..

They help u so ur not going to waste ur money on a big one u don't need for what I had.And I'm so happy she did cuz everything fix just like she said.awesome location and super clean.

Pleasant and painless.

My initial contact with Renee was terrific; all went very well! My move in day was a Sunday and there was a different gal there. She was very rude and not very helpful. Our unit was locked and we needed the key to unlock Public Storage's locks and get moved in - on a Sunday, a day off for most and 2 delivery men on the clock. And to top it off, it was one of the warmest, earliest days of 2015. It took almost 30 minutes for her to pull herself away from a front desk customer (who said for her to go help us), to unlock the unit for us!! Bad, bad customer service!!!!
