It was fast friendly and the Ashley's really cared about my needs. They covered items I didn't even think about and made sure I was ready to start moving stuff in less than 15. And with the concern of Covid everything was contactless and simple and they even had a lock waiting for me in my unit. They really thought of everything!

I do enjoy the fact that the units are indoors and climate controlled however the hours to access the units i dont care for since I work odd hours and sometimes can only go to mynunit at night. And the app used to access the gates dont work at least for me.

I have to say I rarely even leave reviews and already did when I finished with everything in the office but for another website. But for someone who needed to find a storage unit for not only a good price but fast and wanted it clean and easily accessible I have to say I think I hit the jackpot. Not only did I get a great price online but was able to reserve without having to put any money down and the staff was friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean. Really the ONLY thing I could complain about but really isn't that big of a deal is the fact that they don't mention you HAVE to buy a cyclindrical lock for your door, something they said you could only buy there. Wish I knew that but $20 is not that bad.

storing here is great except for the fact that i do not like that we're required to have insurance on the unit, if i want to accept the risk of something happening to my stuff than i should be able to and not be pushed to spend an extra $15 a month for something i didn't even want to get in the first place

Your place on 43rd Avenue and Camelback is very clean and very accessible. The other storage place we went to didn't try to help us in any way, where as the individual that greeted us at Public Storage, made us feel very welcome and important. We will definitely come back here if we ever need a storage facility again. Thank you.

Greeted immediately as I walked into the office. Told Anna I was interested in a 5'x5' unit and she offered to show me the unit to ensure it could store all my belongings. After I saw it, went into the office to set everything up (I already had reserved the unit) and she went step by step and explained everything thoroughly and made the set-up super easy. My experience with public storage was informative and thoughtful. I am new with this process and the employees took the time to explain how everything works and suggested the best locks and insurance for my needs. I was even called ahead of time if I'd like to move my reservation up so I had a better chance at getting the right storage unit I needed. Overall, my experience with Public Storage is a pleasure.

We just rented a 10 x 10 unit last weekend. We attempted to make a delivery around 8PM last Sunday only to find a sign on the gate that it was broken, and would be locked at 6PM. Haven driven across town, that was extreme;y frustrating. There were others there as well wanting access, so I'm sure it impacted several people. I later heard it had been that way for a few days(and may still be). With hundreds of rental clients at your location, I would expect the facility to leave the gates open until 9PM as listed, and inconvenience (1) office person to lock them up at that time, in lieu of closing them at 6PM when the office closes and leaving the rental customer with the problem. I left a voicemail that night requesting a call back........never rec'd one. Disappointing service!

All things were not in place and I needed to place things away for a short while. Well public storage came to mind. I searched and found one of your locations and that's all she wrote. It gave me freedom and peace of mind to search for a place to live. It was a relief and a big aid to my mobility to accomplish my tasks at hand.

Getting the unit was very fast and easy. Customer service was awesome even though there were a lot of other customers in the place. Also, had all the supplies on hand made the move in seamless. I would definitely recommend Public Storage and would definitely use them again.

Great assistance in the office and very clean ac is not as cool as I think is necessary and the staff a bit overbearing about when we m taking a break from moving things as if I'm a homeless person trying to loiter and shouldn't be there now that I'm sitting down inside my unit for several moments and trying to work out details with my movers.otherwise all four stars

Alexis was amazing! She switched me from the original unit I reserved to one that was closer to the lobby door, while preserving the same "Summer Sale" rate on the more convenient unit. Really friendly and would recommend the facility to anyone looking for storage.

Reserved a unit online and after coming in and speaking to Alexis I realized a different unit would better serve my needs. Alexis was helpful and took the time to explain all of the options available to me including insurance. I would highly recommend Public Storage based on my experience with Alexis.

I'm an out of state student needing only a couple of months to store my dorm room items. Val assisted me in signing up for the storage unit, showing me the unit itself, and helping me out with all the paperwork. She was fantastic! And the price of the 5x5 unit wasn't too bad either. This location looked nice and safe to store my items for over the summer.

It was over all a good experience only thing that was a little irritating was that when they start telling u price for storage they dont tell u right way about the insurance u have to purchase they get to that a little later in the conversation. So ur not really getting a good deal with them when they say only $1for first month because of the extra fees. But other than that it was awesome sauce..
