The location is great, office staff is very helpful. Access 6am-9pm 7 days a week is excellent. Only negative, huge one, is that there seem to only be one or two dollies available, and then only during office hours.

Disappointed that the unit was not air conditioned just climate controlled. When began search online specifically wanted to look at air conditioned units due to 90% of storage is clothing. If rates increase will search out a different facility with air conditioning.

This facility was close by so it's very convenient for me.The staff was friendly and very helpful. Checking in was easy and extremely quick. I couldn't have found a better price for the size unit I wanted.

Your manager, Sariah, was really helpful in figuring out what size would work for us. She showed us different sizes & helped us make the best choice. She has been really helpful since. I am having trouble logging in. Sariah said she would help me. We have a storage area with your company in Bellevue, Washington & that is confusing your system I think.

The space was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this place to a friend.
