I really like how it's convenient for me to get in and out of my storage unit and I also love the security system they have to secure your goods the staff are very respectful as well as helpful

Great storage facility, no issues

I've been renting storage units for the last 14 years and have had my ups & downs with places. Beth from the property immediately make me feel welcomed and at home. She was amazing. Knowledgeable, very friendly & seemed to enjoy what she does. Sometimes it is so hard to find good customer service, but with Beth, it seems to be her personality.

Easy move-in. Elevators can become a little back up if multiple ppl are there. And site could use more carts or make them more visible, only have seen to both visits.

Friendly staff, easy process

I called Sunday morning to check the availability of an air conditioned unit for my stuff. The man on the line (who sounded like a person in a call center as apposed to an employee at the actual location) assured me that he had the perfect air conditioned unit for us, free use of dollys, elevator, and also the first month was only going to be 1$ plus some administrative fees. Everything sounded great. Once we arrive at the facility, we are told that we do not get an air conditioned unit, there is no elevator to be used, and was never offered a dolly or cart of any kind. I eventually had to pay more than originally quoted just to get moved into a "climate controlled" unit. Also, I find "climate controlled" is being a little generous. It was at least 85-90 degrees in our unit. So there doesn't even seem to be a reasonable temp in the "climate controlled" units The staff working in the actual facility were friendly and helpful, and I have no complaints about them whatsoever. I am very disappointed to be quoted one price on the phone from an obvious call center representative just saying whatever he can to get a sale , and then completely have that offer not honored when I arrive at the unit. We likely won't be using Public Storage again in the future unless they were able to get to the bottom of this mess and possibly explain what the issue is. But who am I kidding? This message is going straight to spam at the Public Storage headquarters. As long as the shareholders are raking in millions off the backs of hard-working Customers; why do you think they'll ever change? Anyways, I'm off my soapbox. Shout-outs to Public Storage for being another great example where money and the shareholders are more important than the customers themselves. Have a good day. CM

The office needs to be open at all times during hours of operations. Manager was very nice and I appreciate all her help, but 2 time out of the 3 times I came to the office it was closed, so I had to come back. There were 2 people working that day, so I'm not sure why they closed the office.

Tiffany that was in front office was a great help in getting me into a unit.

You need to extend the hours you can get to your stuff.

Public Storage went above and beyond to work with me I would recommend you give them the opportunity to show how they can fit your storage needs before looking elsewhere. Ron Johnson

Jeff and Kate were absolutely fantastic they really exceeded my expectations in every way and take the customer experience seriously. It makes doing business with leaders like them and Public Storage a real simple transaction! I will continue to work and support them always!

Customer service here is amazing. Kate and Jeff are the best! They keep the place clean and are hard workers. Alexis is new but is nice. Jesse works his butt off cleaning. They are all, always extremely nice and helpful.

I've had several storages throughout the years and have experience with most of the "big name" facilities. I don't remember ever having a "warm/fuzzy" feeling that my unit was safe and not targeted next months auction. The staff are actually HUMAN BEINGS. Living, breathing humans who are always available whenever I have a question or issue that cant be handled by an automated; impersonal system in a phone call. The environment is well maintained and secure 24/7 by HUMAN BEINGS who regularly patrol the property and are WILLING to listen and resolve any concern or complaint in a timely fashion. Paying my bill every month isn't that painful feeling I used to always get with the other places I've rented from...... So, thank you Jeff and Kate for being one less thing to worry about during a challenging time in life. Kudo's. ??

Very friendly staff, great experience. I had unit 2050 - it's oddly shaped but fits a ton of stuff and is super easy to access! Make sure to work with Kate, she'll make sure you have everything you need!

From the moment I searched for a storage solution and found Public Storage I could not be happier. The ease of use online and around the premises is great. The staff was more than friendly and answered every question with professionalism and care. i would recommend using Public Storage to anyone needing this type of service.

The manager onsite was helpful and friendly. Your advertisement for $1.00 the first month is very dis-leading. I am satisfied with the unit but the false advertising of $1.00 for the first month needs to reflect actual cost.

Customer service is the most important quality for a business to have and everyone really gives you their all. The units are clean and secure - very important in storage. The location is also very convenient.
