It was easy to get a rental.

Chealsea your onsite manager was great. She explained everything, showed me the unit and asked if I needed any boxes or anything else. If she would not have asked I would have gone elsewhere to buy more boxes.

I've looked at a few different companies and different locations of public storage and the location on ray in ahwatukee was the best. Lynn the manager there was one of the most friendliest people I have ever met. She provided great customer service and made me feel cared for and important. From what I can see that lady never stops working. And the promos u provide are great. Only drawback is that the gates r not 24 hrs and prices can b a lil expensive.

The gal that works there, Lynn, is honestly THE MOST PLEASANT human being in this entire world. You are lucky to have her as an employee. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. Anybody who has Lynn as their employee is incredibly lucky.

Easy to set up account and make reservation. Did everything within an hour and within several hours of having even started looking for a unit. There were some hidden fees that ended up showing up after the fact even though I asked if there would be any the agent said no. Had to sign up for insurance, had to pay an initiation fee, had to pay for a lock... which is fine, but be transparent about it. Don't tell me I won't have fees and then give me $60 worth of fees. Otherwise the employee was very nice, got me set up, and was accommodating in touring the property and provided good information.

This was my first time renting a storage space. Kayla was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very happy with my experience.

We needed an storage space immediately one night. I was able to have my gf create a reservation for me and me to go in to complete the rental. We were in and out within like 15 minutes because my girlfriend did the express check in! Kayla made it quick and painless and helped to make sure we got the right size for all of our stuff. Lynn is always so helpful in answering any questions we have. The place is clean and safe and we will definitely be storing again! thanks guys you rock!

Travelling, changing places and moving from one location to another was what I had to do and it has only been possible because of the availability and convenience of a public storage at different locations. At my current storage I have been able to find anything that I needed in order to pack, to unpack or to store my belongings. The units are clean, secure and safe and at the size that one needs. The service providers are kind and considerate and they serve the customers with utmost attention and care. I recommend this public storage highly.

Had to rent a temporary storage area for a couple of months and this place rocked. Lynn is awesome. She is bright and cheerful and made the process easy and enjoyable. Facility is clean and well maintained and you can't beat the price.

I can only speak for the Public Storage location at 3906 E. Ray Rd. in Ahwatukee, but this is the second time we've used them and I will definitely come back again in the future. The people at the front desk are friendly, professional and very helpful. This time we had a smaller outside unit and the previous time we used a large indoor climate controlled unit. On both occasions, the storage units have been clean with no maintenance issues at all. The property has always seemed secure and the automatic gate always worked. We appreciate knowing our belongings are safe here.

I had reserved a storage unit online and was just starting to add it to my calendar when the customer rep currently on duty called me to confirm my reservation. She called me within two minutes of my making the reservation. I told her I appreciated that level of service and attention. I don't think I have had that level of response from any type of business in a very long time.

The Public Storage complex on Alma School Rd. is a Great place to store your belongings, either short term or long term. The People working there are very helpful, they will direct yo to the size unit you need. They will answer all your questions and if you have any questions after you move in they will always be there to take care of you. It's almost like being treated like Family. The area is well kept, and security cameras all over. Feel safe to store your belongings at this place.

I reserved online, so when I arrived they were ready with everything. Sabrina took me to the unit to make sure it was exactly what I needed, then handled my transaction quickly and professionally. As far as the facility, it was clean, safe, and had all the nessecities to facilitate a smooth and painless move-in.

Facility is clean and well maintained. Access to moving carts needs to be uniform with the staff. Issue is that some reps. require a photo id to use a moving cart / flatbed and they are locked. Another rep at the same facility will not lock the carts and there is no photo id requirement. It seems that there is a theft issue with these carts and they are behind the access gate, so you need to stop at the office and give the rep. your photo id then the rep. needs to go with you to unlock the caft. The carts are only available when a rep. is on site.
