Good people and it's fast n easy

I’m renting a indoor climate-controlled unit in a building that had to have existed since the founding of Public Storage (no kidding). If you inorge the cheap 80s perfume scent in the air, the majority transient (yet paying) patrons, and 'geez.. I hope thats just baby oil' stains on your unit floor, you got yourself a rust-free, and fairly reilable unit to store your belongings in. Yes, it’s off the nitorously shady part of the I-17, but you’re supposed to have insurance anyway so.. Yeah. You have very flexiable access as early as 6AM and as late as 9PM. The lady that was onsite upon move-in was quite friendly and helpful! One more thing- your unit is managed through a app that also has the ability of opening and closing the enterance gates. Emphasis on 'ability'— the remote gate opening feature hasnt been working for me.

Discounts on locks, Purchases of Boxes, Tape, and Buckets when you request a reservation after being a part public storage insurance. A discount is always Appreciated

I searched a few places nearby and the prices were more than Public Storage. They have a great deal right now. Connie was super helpful and asked me if I needed anything that would help such as a lock, moisture absorber, mattress bag, and insurance. I purchased all and came out on top. I would have forgotten some of these items had she not asked me. I highly recommend purchasing the moister absorber especially for AZ. I know you may be reading this to help in your search for storage units and sometimes there will be a review that will make you second guess doing business with Public Storage. Just know that there will always be someone who is going to leave a bad review due to a misunderstanding. Everything is explained up front which is why they ask you to come in person. I am very skeptical and will always ask questions. Don't sign anything if you are not sure about something. Simple! As a side note, the reservation contract begins the day you reserve a spot. Example, if you reserve on the 1st and won't move in until the 25th, your reservation and costs begin on the 1st when you make the initial reservation. They are upfront about this. We make it harder for ourselves when we don't understand. It's ok to ask questions. Almost forgot, they have an app you can use so you don't have to get out of your car to open the gate! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I reserved online and it was very easy. When I got to the facility not only was I upgraded but the price was lower than originally quoted. The staff was very friendly and the property is super clean.

I have been a customer for many years because I have been traveling for business and family and have never been disappointed. I currently am renting a storage space in Pflugerville, TX even though I just moved to Phoenix, AZ and plan to go get my things in a few months yet I don't have an anxiety that my personal items will be safe and secure when I do go to pick them up. The place has always been very clean, the manager has always been extremely helpful, BJ, I think is her name and I will always recommend you all to anyone that may be thinking of using your property. Great first month offer. Thanks. However, I'm not too pleased with my unit reason being is that the insulation and etc I've not had a unit in so long I'm talking years that maybe its Phoenix AZ doing because of the heat but that mess is all over my belongings amd stained a suitcase of mines besides that I'm glad nothing else as bad as that. Oh yeah and please work with is people these lonv hallways and barely any exits signs or direction to exits please help us put a map up have little maps at the counter I'd got lost was walking around for twenty minutes in circles its a huge maze I'd almost fainted in that hot storage space.

The young lady we did business with was totally professional. I rate her 10 stars as a professional. Polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful. A pleasure to do business with.

Great place, clean Ashley is really nice, went out of her way to help us when we couldn't get our code to work and fixed the problem guickly. Shes a gem Public Storage is lucky to have employees like her.

Ashley was very helpful and quick , I just wish I didn't have to wait until 9:30 am to have access to my storage.

Friendly helpful polite

2 times had units reserved when I got to the location , and 2 times was told they didn't have the unit available. Finally 3 a charm on the third try actually got a unit.
