Public Storage - Phoenix - 1954 W Union Hills Drive

Very clean units, nice facility/safe area. Hard to find the unit as nothing is clearly marked. No one provided direction on site so spent about 20 minutes more than usual to find the unit.

Unit was clean, but nobody checked the fact that of the 2 florescent lights one has wiring hanging and exposed without a bulb and the other has no bulb, I have no lights on this unit. I was told to leave the keys and they will get to it when they can, no schedule, no time, no date. this is not acceptable; I don't want anyone in my unit without supervision. who would be responsible if anything is damaged or missing?

It was a great experience, Kyle (if I remember correctly) went up and beyond to make sure I understood everything. His customer service was 100%. I will highly recommend him and this storage to my family and friends.

I recommend Public Storage. If they run all there branches the way Dave at the 1954 Phoenix location treated us you can never go wrong. He was amazing and kind!

Have had a great start up experience. Reserved online which helped with making the signing at location to be quicker. Staff on phone and in person were friendly and very helpful.

Location was good' however only if the units were little cooler especially in the summer heat. I like that it is gated with security code access but it does need security cameras. The manager was friendly and return my phone calls promptly.

The gentleman at the front not only has the funniest personality, but is one of the most knowledgeable individuals I have worked with. He took time to explain what packing supplies I needed and what space to place my stuff in. Never knew ! Thanks David

Feather Rae did an awesome job for my rental. We made our appointment for Sunday but due to last minute plan changes I had to come in Saturday. Very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a storage place.

Great customer service clean facilities and great location. They had me in and out in no time. 2nd time user.

It does need to have dollys available for after hours as well for use.

Everything about it is great except the access hours. I work night shift. So I stay on a night shift schedule all the time. Not having 24/7 access will probably cause me to change to someplace that does have in a couple months.

This is my 5 time using this Public Storage facility. The manager (Elden) does a great job of running a clean, well maintained facility. Public Storage prices have always bee very competitive, and I would use them again in the future.

It was a pleasure dealing with Public Storage, from start to finish. They were there when I had any questions, were very informative, when I needed something they were there. The storage unit was very clean, the whole property was clean, from the landscaping in the front to the units themselves. If I needed to use a storage unit again, they would be the first place I would call. Called a number of storage places when I first arrived in the state and from my first conversation with them I knew Public Storage was the place I was going to use. Thank you for the great experience.
