Public Storage - Phoenix - 1949 E Camelback Rd #21

Recently moved to Biltmore and needed a storage unit. Stopped in to check out the size we would need. Dane helped us by showing us several available units. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We rented on the spot because the location was perfect but the service was great.

Your staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The pricing for a 10 x 15 unit was excellent. However the actual storage unit in the facility on Blue Heron in West Palm Beach looked run down and not up to date. Had it not been for the price, I would not have chosen it.

Ciarra was very knowledgeable and the information she shared with me helped me to make good decisions regarding my move.

Ashley was super helpful and made setting up my new storage unit quick and easy.

I already love this place! Service was fantastic from the second I stepped until the time I left. Johnny was great! He was very kind, yet professional and he walked me through everything with ease. I'd definitely recommend this location to anybody in the area. Thank you public storage!

I really like the place because is climate controlled, also the managers that are there to help you sign up they are very helpful and they will show you what you will be getting there. Another thing is that I like the area that it is in there are a lot of very good shops and food. And most important thing that it is easy to get in and out when ever you have to put stuff into your storage.

The service was great and the facilities are in very good shape. I previously used another Public Sotrage facility and had the same experience.
