This facility was in the perfect location for me. It is clean, and I was able to take advantage of discounted Labor Day pricing. My only complaint is that once you get inside of the facility, the numbering system to find your unit is very confusing. There are no signs or Maps on the walls of each floor to direct you. This was very frustrating!

Prices are about 30-50% lower than in Scottsdale. Very convenient 101/51 access. On-line paperwork took 5 min, downloaded the app and everything was just simple and efficient. Arrived for check-in and the gal working there was so friendly and helpful.

I could not get the lock to slide closed. I found Debbie n she came immediately to help me n showed me to lift the door up a tad n the lock slide close.

One of the pads for entering the code wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t working the day after our move in. Posting that wouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been helpful. Glad it was working when we were pulling a trailer. Rat repellent was in the space. There are rodents!?! Shouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve known that. We get a phone call or email Every. Single. Day. Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s way too much communication. Enough already.

Went to 1st storage location on union hills where your site managers Laurie, who had been experiencing a difficulty with another customer, kept her cool to help her then showed us 2 units and worked hard to help us find what we needed at another facility to our satisfaction. Went to the 2nd facility and Nicki showed us the unit we needed to our satisfactions.

Always waiting for an attendant. Dollys are kept in locked ofc area. Seems pretty disrespectful to the customer to wait for service!

One of the gates is broken and no one told us. We got our moving truck and trailer stuck because no one told us the gate didn't work before driving into the gates area. You can literally push the gate to get it open and the doors to the building never lock so the building isn't secure at all.

I am absolutely impressed with the customer service I received from Alex and Nikki at the N phoenix location. I'd definitely use them again. The only heartburn is that "prices vary" on the same size unit depending on availability. Kinda reminds me buying a used car. However, with that being said Public Storage has the business of storing and securing our stuff down to a science.

The young man at the desk was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was able to answer all the questions that I had. He showed us various options that we could have. He made it very easy to know exactly what I needed and how much it would cost. He also showed us various packing materials that Public Storage offers, and I must say that they offer items that I never knew that Public Storage carried and that I could use. This Public Storage was also very clean.

This is a whole new experience for me and from the start it was great. I got reminder calls about set appointments and when I got there everything was handled appropriately, I got shown where my unit was, shown how to use the gate key, and was explained to about how things work such as hours and supplies. Overall it was a great experience and great staff.

We reserved our 10 x 20 unit on line which was easy and quick! Then viewed the unit on site with April, agreed to the location and filled out all the paperwork with her. It just took minutes and we were out the door. A good experience and April was great! This is our second time renting a unit from this Public Storage!

I would recommend renting a storage unit as my experience so far has been really nice. I reserved my unit with easy on line and when I went into the office to sign my contract and pay, the very nice staff member made it go super easy and fast. My unit was clean with easy access. I had to unload my belonging in the evening and felt super secure and access again was very easy. So for me the experience has been a very good one; again I would recommend to my family and friends.

Over all everything is good at this location. However, I have a couple suggestions, 1. allow the customer to select their own due date instead of having it due on the first of the month because typically customers are paying rent on a home/apartment that is due at the same time. By allowing the customer to select their due date eases the anxiety of having late fees charged to the customer. 2. Have a dumpster onsite for trash. Otherwise, all is good.
