Storage us a little dirty so before I move in I will clean first.

Not convenient keypad locations …. Took extra time 1st visit

The initial reservation/sign-up process went smoothly and I'm pleased with storage unit and the price was reasonable. My only complaint is that the employee completing my rental told me I had to have insurance on my contents and that unless I was 100% sure my home insurance would cover, I had to buy the optional Public Storage (charged to my account). I checked with my insurance agent and confirmed my contents are covered regardless of where they are located. I called Public Storage back and was told I had to come by the office to sign paperwork (which is about 30 minutes from my house). I called back later in the day and talked with a different employee. She told me I could cancel the insurance online (which I did). Felt like the first employee pushed the insurance and then tried to make it more difficult to cancel that was necessary.

Everything went quick and enjoyable. Sam and the GM were helpful and had all my answers, Great Job.

Have used you before. Great customer service. Quick to respond to calls. Not enough carts.

Need lighting in the units

Very friendly and knowledgeable. My account setup was fast and seamless and I enjoyed the convenience.

Erika is absolutely a joy to encounter every time I come in. I'm so glad there is a knowledgeable and professional team member on board. I've been a patron for several years and she's the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with.

Al was great to work with and very helpful.. The only thing I wish is the doors didn't lock until 10:00 pm...Other than that, I'm happy!

You can trust your stuff will be safe here, it is a beautiful facility with a great paint job and great service! They recently spent a lot to repaint the place which shows they keep it serviceable.

Kyle was very knowledgeable in helping get the I formation I needed. He helped me get the boxes I needed for my drumset and explained to me ways I could protect them too.

This place has it's act together! I'm a new customer, yet was made to feel important and the facility works as though the company feels the same way towards it as well! Hard to go wrong here.

We received excellent customer service from Celeste at the storage on Union Hills and 35th Ave. Very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Never again will I doubt that there are still honest to God good people in the world. Toni and Rene at the 35th and Union Hills property did more than just help find a place to keep my belongings safe. They were loyal to the company they work for and a great community resource as well. They helped me with their kind hearts and understanding ways to pick up the pieces in my crumbling life and keep going. Things are not perfect yet but thanks to those two I know I'm not alone in my struggles and that there are people out there that care. Thumbs up to the hiring manager.

I signed up online to store household items. It was an easy a very simple thing to do. I went to the Public Storage facility and the customer service person treated us very friendly and showed me how simple it was to come in and out of the gate and get into the storage unit. Very clean facility.

I am pleasantly happy with the service I received when I initially signed up and the great customer service and concern of the staff. I will definitely recommend this storage unit to others.

Jeff, Manager, and Feather, customer service, were so helpful to me in such a stressful time as moving. They took me to the unit to be sure it would be correct size for my needs also took me to other units so I could make an informed decision. They were so professional that they relieved any fears that I may have had in leaving my whole life in a storage unit. I felt safe and secure when there. Thank you Jeff and Feather for restoring my faith in a wonderful place and wonderful people!!
