Upon renting a unit, not even a week later, get a notice rent will be raised. It was raised 5 times in a year. Although they have made improvements, my issues stemmed from now previous manager who took my address off my license even though I stated it's not correct. Did not change my number in their system and did not have any way to contact me to let me know my payment had not gone through when I had lost my debit card and it took a month for new one. Went to pay, wasn't allowed to and a line was placed on my unit. If you have an outdoor unit, beware the leaf blowers come though and all that crap goes under the door in your unit. A number of homeless were always found hanging around. Look for a fixed rate storage place! They still won't answer a phone but at least it's no longer a call center you reach and they did call back within reasonable time

Through the last 15 years or so, we've had many different storage needs. Our experience at Public Storage was, by far, the best. The access to our unit is very easy and the site manager went out of her way to work with us offering suggestions as to how to best accomplish what we needed to do.

The staff are professional and very experienced, very efficient and genuine. Lynn was very pleasant and cheerful as well as helpful.I felt like she had my best interest at heart. You should give her a pay raise. DD

I made a reservation online and with in a few minutes they called me up to verify when i will be coming in so they have someone at the location. When i showed up they where ready and explained everything in detail it was a very fast process i was like wow I would recommend this place to everyone if you need a storage

I got a great deal 1/2 off 1st months rent. If you book online they have great deals. I needed storage for moving purpose so hopefully we'll be out next month if not it was perfect size the largest one to store a 4 bedroom belongings. The only thing are the admin fees and the lock fees it's 1 time but didn't know those would be applied. Other than that easy access open until 9pm I wouldn't be out that late anyway but good to know.

Public Self Storage on Camelback and 43rd Avenue is simply put, amazing. I came upon them by chance, found them online because they were open on Sundays. They had an amazing move-in special and very decent prices for the size unit I was looking for. I came in and the customer service was beyond expectations. Every company should follow their example. Friendly, courteous, very helpful, quick (they don't waste your time) and they go above and beyond to get you what you need. The lot and their units are very secure. To top that off, the storage units are inside and climate controlled! I was definitely not expecting that, it was bonus. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great deal and the best customer service around.

Was a quick and easy process

Staff was helpful and very friendly. The location was clean and safe. I loved having the extra security of a gated facility and knowing that there were routine lock checks every night. And you definitely can't beat the price!

There was a mix up between the online reservation and what was available in person. However, JennR got it fixed right away and everything was smooth sailing from there.

Jennr is one of the best employees I've had the pleasure to deal with. I met her 5 years ago when myself and my family moved to Phoenix from Canada. She has always been helpful, friendly and wonderful every time I visit the facility. Now everyone I know has a container at this public storage because I can't stop recommending them!! Thank you Jennr for always being great

No mention on Web site when I was researching storage options, had to purchase Public Storage lock and insurance. $11.00 per month added to rental price plus a one time fee to purchase special locks.

Signing up was easy and painless! We got our keys and could start moving right in. The hours are great as well for working people.

The location of the Public Storage I used was less than a mile away from my new home, so it was very convenient to store my things there for about a month until I received the keys to move in. There was a promotion for the 1st month to be charged only $1, but of course there are other fees like activation and so forth so this was a bit deceiving but not unexpected. Otherwise, the cost was still not outrageous. Everything was in good condition and bug free when I came back for it. This investment was definitely worthwhile in my situation!

You might not be the cheapest, but you are the best. You are clean, neat, convenient and keep good hours. The grounds are well kept. This is the third time I have rented a storage unit from you.

Gate access box should be in a more convenient location so you don't have to get in and out of your car. This could be dangerous at night.

Public Storage offers nothing less than a professional atmosphere and experience and for this I'm always grateful for giving me such a high level of consistency.
