Great experience awesome staff and easy check-in process plus the long access hours is exactly what I needed. Price was perfect too.

It was an easy process to rent online and no hassle moving in

Had to had carry all items to 2nd floor and down hallway. (Parkinsons and 81yr-old disabled veteran dad) Missing dolly and carts. Misinformed about type of lock. Bought padlock, needed barrel lock. Office was closed @ 6pm. We had to leave unit unsecured till next morning when we bought barrel lock. BAD AREA. Will not recommend.

No carts or dolly available. Had to hand carry a truckload, 2nd floor and down hallway. We were told it was a padlock by office. Went to purchase strong padlock, it was a barrel lock. Office had closed, went to 4 places to buy barrel lock, not available. Had to leave without locking up. Unsecured till 7:30 am next day. Horrendous experience. Bought barrel lock @ Ace Hardware next morning when store opened.

The employees are very nice and helpful. The facility is always clean.

Prime Storage helped us get a unit very easily! They called multiple times to insure our move in date was set and that the price is correct.

I reserved and rented 100% online. No trouble at all. Went to see exactly how to get to unit and he thoroughly explain where it was and which elevator was closest. I got my gate code and it didn't work initially. Just a small computer fix and it worked.

The staff was very helpful as well as super friendly very clean would recommend this facility to friend and family

Upon going to Prime I was met by a lady named Pam that was very courteous, efficient and professional. I thought surely she was the Manager! Upon meeting the real female manager; I noticed her obvious disdain for an elderly customer that had mental issues. That was after she was done goofing off with a male counter part. I was shown by another customer that this manager went into my storage unit on two different occasions! My unit was paid up to date. There was nothing in that unit illegal or illicit. Persian rugs, speakers etc. being an Army veteran I have had several storage units. I called upper management, and they were very complacent. No problem I moved.

Great customer service clean facility

They were kind and accommodating. All my questions were answered and they helped me with all my concerns. I went there and a kind gentleman helped me find my locker and helped me buy a lock. I appreciate the great customer service.

I could not get into my unit on the second day and my third try because the code was not recognized. It was very frustrating and I had to wait for other people to open the doors so I could get in on their code.

When I arrived I had already had a unit reserved which was listed as first month free, but when Pam looked at the unit in the system it wasn't listed as being available for first month free, she did a great job at finding a unit that did qualify and she was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The facility was very clean, especially for someone used to the dust and grime that comes from outdoor storage units

Arrived at 6 a.m. to load-in before it got "hot" (already 88 degrees) and was greeted by a several facility "residents." ALl were friendly and one offered to help us move-in "for a small fee." We declined. Place was abuzz with activity. Many people just waking up it seems. Had no issues getting up the elevator and to our storage space. It was clean (as were the halls) and we quickly filled it up. Didn't need the offered help either! Grabbed a cup of coffee at the shop next door, and hit the road. Good overall experience--clean, easy and reasonably priced ($100 less for same space 10 miles away), despite all the "residents" coming and going. PS: Pam was super helpful at registration.

I was a customer for only a few months when Prime Storage (Indian School Rd. location) increased my unit rate by 36%! For a large unit that was about $124 more. Who hikes up rates that high, and shortly after I signed their agreement and move my things in. Tried talking to management and corporate office with no help or call backs. It seems unfair practice to increase your rate so high and so soon after you just moved in your things. A small yearly percentage increase is understandable but this just seems wrong.

The staff was very helpful and offered carts and gave great directions. She personally walked me to my unit so I could find it. The building itself has multiple entrances that are all easy to load into. It was cool and clean inside of the building the facility is very secure. 10/10. Absolutely recommend

When Prime took over this location, I spoke with a person in the office to update payment preference. I was told that there would be no major price increases. This turned out to be a lie, as the price has increased at least twice, and significantly. We are now actively looking for alternate storage solutions for more appropriate cost. I do not recommend this location or company

Horrible pricing and even worse customer service. Arbitrary price increases for no reason after only a few months. Avoid at all costs!

Setting up a unit was quick and easy. They even provide locks for purchase which is great, seeing as I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get one before hand. Entry is simple and times are made clear. No issues other then possibly price, but honestly who doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t complain about that these days. Great place in the middle of the city to store stuff for those with smaller homes

WSeekends are the only time most of us have to do things like come to the storage u\nit. I arrived Sunday to get into my unit for some very important things and you were closed-unbelievable! So then I anxiously arrived Monday morning at 8:45, unable to enter until 10:0am-unbelievable! I would not have taken space with you if I knew this. I presumed you were like other storage units and open 7 days a week.

We started renting before it was renamed to Prime storage. The pricing increased greatly under new management but we also started renting during the peak of Covid. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m sure the new management is kind but we havent had much contact with them. Facility itself is so nice!!!!

Im happy with the location and the pricing but the basement smells like someone is living in the room and chain smoking cigarettes or your staff goes down there to smoke on their breaks. Will be delivering more items to my storage this week and if it still smells like cigarettes, I'll be cancelling my contract and moving elsewhere.

This location has mice. No action has been taken or contact to me regarding the findings which we showed to the staff on duty. The management has changed hands and there was a disconnect in paperwork and information transfer.

I am currently seeking a new storage company with which to transfer my 4 units. This building is too easily accessible by people who don't have units there and the carts are constantly being stolen by the homeless leaving the paying clients with no way to get their items in and out if there are more than 3 clients there at a time. The movers propping the doors open is always a problem and one that the staff turns a blind eye to. I appreciate the cleanliness improvement that the new company has made but if anything else is wrong in the building there is no manager at this sight to talk to.

Clean and easily accessible for people with handicaps. Friendly people that can assist you with your needs and wants.

Love it, clean facility with air conditioning

I was impressed on how easy it was to get a storage unit on short notice. Additionally, the facility is clean and the access is secure and easy to navigate.

When I first arrived at the storage unit building, I was quickly able to get to my unit. The people working were helpful and also found me a cart because I had a lot of things.

Super friendly clean convenient and chill. Stores stuff as advertised. Kinda awkward no ramps for carts one end. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s one of toes things that make you go hmm and makes life interesting

Awful, water damage without notice, recent issue raised rent unannounced, added insurance to bill without notice when weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had our own insurance from day One, increase of $33 monthly, NO NOTICE, received notice today in bail effective 4/1. Unsafe feeling If I visit my unit alone, pretty sure at least 2 situations of homeless people using small units as their home. Overall terrible.

The acting manager that's there at this time she is awesome and great I really think you guys should acknowledge her she replaced taking over the store as of now Rebecca that no longer is with you I'm sorry but I didn't catch your name but she's there every day working her butt off and has the best service offered

I was with CUBE STORAGE. I was not informed when they became Prime. Every month I would call to make my payment I was told I had 3 units! I did not I had 1 5 ft. Customer service BECKY kept insisting I had 3 units and needed to pay for them. I gave my name unit #, address, phone She said I can't help you, wrong info! I asked for her boss she refused saying wrong information. I went in person to the mang. office the girl there was great she helped resolve the issue after months of dealing with this. The phone center....I would not recommend using it. My rate was increased after being with them for just a few months like 3 or 4 months. They need to get their act together.

Rates are high other than that place is very clean no problems with anything or anyone!

Would be careful renting here. I started my rental at 295 per month and 6 months later it is now 365. I would look elsewhere.

Since Prime Storage has taken over I have had nothing but trouble and frustration. They immediately raised the price and then tried to insist I use their Insurance. I hand carried my insurance policy to them showing that my policy is MORE than adequate as I live in a large home and property.. the next billing statement they charged for the additional insurance. I called and they said they would credit and it would not happen again. I was never issued a credit and once again have been charged for insurance. We are waiting for our new home to be completed so we can close this sorry experience of storage.

Haven't had any problems since Prime Storage took over my Cube Smart Storage location. Still kept immaculate. Office personnel are very helpful and immediately resolve issues that may arise. There's even more push carts available now throughout the facility!!!!

tenant and his woman and pitbulls treat storage as a hotel staying 3-4 times a week till early morning hours sometimes other cars show up after hours too as they let them in. Ive witnessed them cracking door open a 1/4 of a inch then slide a envolope or stick to trip the door open sensor after hours and now homeless do it also now and trash toilets daily

Was happy with the CubeSmart facility but the new owners instituted a fairly dramatic price hike about a year in that was unfounded. Just greedy I suppose. I'm stuck working in another state and can't get back anytime soon, so I guess I just have to suck it up.

As above it makes it very difficult to manage my account.

A very clean and well-managed facility. I made a mess with some bark in the hallway and in the unit when I changed units… The staff wouldn’t hear of me cleaning it up, and insisted they do it themselves. They are very helpful with paperwork, very personable. Great place! 👍

I love this place the staff is very helpful and it's one of the cleanest storages I've ever seen also there's a broom and dustpan hanging for you to use. One of the most important to me is you feel safe and comfortable when you're there no matter the time I would recommend it to anyone.
