so I didn't actually move into the storage unit I don't have a car which is not their fault so I wound up spending a bunch of money on Uber and a bunch of hours walking out in the heat but I did this on Labor Day when the computer was Auto renting out units so I signed a lease and everything paid a bunch of money like upwards of 100 bucks is like 96 or something I think I'll hold and when I got there I did not have a gate code as promised my unit when I did get somebody else like another customer to let me in the unit was counter locked with a big red disc lock which of course there was nobody to remove my efforts to remove it were unsuccessful I never actually moved in and I still haven't been refunded the original charges from that day even though that was promised to me by the manager about a month ago I'm still waiting I don't do phone calls usually and so I haven't been hounding him I've just been responding to emails that have been getting in fact I'm writing this as a response to an email soliciting a review I'll be copying and pasting it over on sparefoot and if it does get resolved I'll be happy to modify both reviews accordingly I am not unfair but I am desperately poor and that is quite a lot of money to me right now
