Great service. Easy process. And courteous, The Manager was so helpful and friendly and made this whole process go through in a snap, and had all the conviniences covered. The unit is spacious and easy to reach and way more accessible then a indoor unit "all day"

The location is a bit confusing coming in and out of but that's all the negative that I can say. They keep the place safe and secure 25/7. Mini Storage has a very kind staff and it is also very affordable.

Maybe from the outside it doesn't look like some of the other bigger and newer places, however u will not find a better front office lady than the one who works at Grand Ave mini. Anytime I need to rent a storage it will be here. Security may not look like much but it's define try there, I personally haven't heard anything of the negative sort and I've been renting since last year. Deana

Had a unit here for little over a year now... Prices never went up even after a special... The lady up front is very sweet and helpful... Never had i once felt like i was being taken advantage of, and thats hard to come by.
