Fortunately, there are new owners but there is only so much you can do. Previously there were actually homeless people living in some of the unoccupied units, I do not see any evidence of that anymore thankfully. but they cannot change the narrow space between buildings, making navigating the complex very difficult. the space dimensions are really not quite as big as advertised and the spaces are separated by plywood. There are other storage units close by that are more modern at the same and in some cases better pricing.

Facility has tight corners for big trucks.

Facility is undergoing some upgrades to the lot and buildings as well as the gates. It is clean and secure. The office staff could be a little more in sync. They do not communicate well with each other. They also do not listen to the renters very well.
