Have been a client for 4 years holding multiple storages. Had 4 units at once. I paid 3 on time, one was paid late. They locked me out of all my storages. With no warning. This had never happened in 3 and a half years. When i asked why. I was informed a new manager was showing all the customers that no one gets special treatment. Get a promotion and treat all your loyal customers like garbage. Im still unsure as to if thats even legal. They lock you out of units youve paid for. Seems like bad business. Then when i asked if i could speak to this new manager. They told me no. Refused to give me his name or contact info. The whole thing just shows me these people cant be trusted and are actively trying to get ownership of your stuff. One star review. Would not recommend
