And when we finally arrived a day late, the young man I believe William (I hope) bcuz he was on it being exhausted as I was he walked me thru it even took me to my unit showed me the lock process. Was professional, knowledgeable, and very kind for putting up w my babbling, and making sure I was good w all it was a smoking deal I thought and am easy process bcuz of William!
