pleasantly surprised at the unit, lighting is great.

I went to pay my storage bill before the late fee deadline. Only to find out the manager had put a hold on my account. So i couldnt pay my bill. So then there was a late fee. Then i got blamed for a pile of trash someone left. And they restricted my access. When i told the manager i had nothing to do with this she replied well shes had to sweep in front of my unit before so its all the same to her. I couldnt believe it. I guess if you become manager you are to good to sweep with the rest of us. Customer service one of five stars. Would not recommend. And dont take these people at their word. Get it in writing. Keeping their word is not a priority for these folks.
