Customer service was great, I hate the limited hours, but I can deal with it. Worst thing was the office wreaked of cigarettes :(

this was the first time I've ever rented a storage unit. the process was so easy the price is a fair, I always thought it would be expensive to rent a unit and the staff was great. I would recommend uncle bobs to family and friends. thanks you very much :)
