Judy and Carlos absolutely awesome I like how Carlos mop the floor and Judy she took me for a tour around the block she was real sweet they're all real sweet and they are meant for customer service for sure if I could rate them from 1 to 10 I think I'd give them a 20

I looked them up and reserved a unit on line once I got there there was a few unexpected fees such as purchase of a lock they require a specific kind and insurance witch is an extra monthly expenses. However there was an email that allowed me to save some money basically by filling out my information they waived the deposit fee. So move in ended up being a little less than I expected witch was great but the monthly fee will be a little more...other than that I'm satisfied clean place nice people and they provide carts and things to help get your belongings to your unit

It was a very pleasant experience for me Economically they are saving me $25.00 a month and giving in return a more secure environment for my belongings. In addition I get to have my property insured : which gives me a more secure feeling that my things are safe.

Uncle Bob's storage facility was very clean and the personnel were very knowledgeable. All I had to do was give them my confirmation number and the entire process took about 10 minutes including a look at the actual storage unit. I feel that my belongings are very safe at their facility and they had all updated and a state of the art security system around the entire facility. I would definitely recommend Uncle Bob's storage facility!
