Xavier and James were so very helpful in setting up my unit. I went online to get the size and unit I wanted and they walked me through everythingI needed to set up my account and how to access it.

Thank you, move in went smooth with the time and date I needed too.

Having digital access is everything it helped me so much. Facility is clean and customer service has been outstanding. One feedback would be lights in the unit. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s super dark and hard to see had to use a flashlight. Otherwise amazing.

We did have a problem we parked our car in the unit. Went to walk out of the facility and the gate would not open for foot traffic. We were wanting to go into the office and wait for the Lyft driver because it was very hot outside. Thank heavens the young lady came to check on us with a cart. I would think you would have a key pad to open the gate to leave.

I don't use storage facilities very often anymore. I moved back into Phoenix and needed a safe and secure place to store my trailer. My usual places were booked full so I started my search on the internet and found Life Storage #220. They were very pleasant, courteous, and professional from the beginning. No deposits were required and a space was reserved for several days. When I arrived the day before I was supposed to be there, they said no issues. I was greeted promptly and professionally. I was offered water, and taken to the lot where I was to park my trailer. There were actually two spots and the manager offered me either spot. One was definitely more convenient than the other so I changed spots with no issues. I would highly recommend this facility and the staff at this particular location.

I rented from them and was surprised by the service level I received. They informed me of the deals they were offering and it turned out to be the cheapest around town. Also the had a rental van available for free which worked out great

I chose this facility after reviewing a number of them and was not let down on my expectations. The manager and staff were extremely friendly and helpful and she even give me a discount for the trouble she was having with the computer loading my application. On viewing the storage space I found it clean and as expected . Would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

My experience at Uncle Bob's was great. I booked online and they were ready for me when I got there. The staff was thorough and quick at the same time so as not to take up my time.

Manager was very polite, answered any questions patiently.

They made me a mistake and charged me for two months right off the bat and couldn't fix the issue.

Absolutely best experience I've ever had with customer service. The manager of the store personally helped me figure out what kind of storage I needed, not because he wanted to do business with me, but because he wanted to help me out. I have, and absolutely will recommend this location to anyone who is looking for storage. The faculties were in tip top shape, clean, organized, and very convenient. I didn't have a question that was unanswered and I am very pleased with the pricing.

I researched this facility online and it was the best value I found I was nervous going in to see what the quality would be like and I was very surprised!! The people were very friendly, paperwork was easy & it was super clean! I will always store with them.

From the moment I looked online and saw the great pricing to the moment I walked in the door the employees took care of everything step by step. They made sure I was getting the right size storage and also let me know if I needed to upgrade to a larger size or downsize it would be no problem. Extremely polite and knowledgeable.

Very impressed by the staff at Uncle Bob's, not only were they efficient they truly understood the phrase " customer service". Too often today, basic civility and customer service are lost for the sake of efficiency. The staff at Uncle Bob's has mastered that fine line between efficiency and good customer service. Quick to check in. Showed me the unit I would be renting before I signed paperwork. The paperwork took about ten minutes. I was showed how to use my gate code and lock, and then I was free to move in. Quick and easy!

Marissa and douglas were both very helpful and professional. I enjoyed their personalities and willingness to make sure my move in was smooth and manageable. Rented two storage units within a week, My intent was to rent one space, but after experiencing the customer service, facilities and pricing. I decided to rent a second unit and move from my other storage space location to here. They also supply a truck for you to use on your move in. The only caution is they limit you to 25 free miles on the truck.

I showed up twice and nobody was there to help me.
