Really good customer service. We got to our storage unit and there was no welcome packet so we went to the front office and the woman there was so nice and took care of it right away

I am deeply sorry for a poor review I gave due to my misunderstanding of a few things & my age plus limited tech skills. Henry was very tolerant as was the Customer Service Rep who called to explain my error & listened to my concerns as an older person. God bless you both & thank you for your patience, kindness & service.

I got to facility to find sign saying they were closed. Then found I could get in & get a unit on an app. This took some time. It was hot& I am a 64 year old woman who was dropped off & they lived on the property. I then go to unit to find a lock already on it. The app said to call & also someone would call back but no-one did. It is now getting closing time & all my things are outside but I have paid for this & have no-one to talk to. Finally, I start pulling on unlocked units & a man comes out of the building to ask me if he can help me. By now I have been in the heat outside for 1&hours while these people watch me. Then he tells me I should have read more on the app about unlocking the lock. The following week he calls me & tells me I didn't sign the application & have to come in to sign it. I asked when office hours are & he says 10-6. I call him later & tell him I can't come in that day but I checked the app & says my signature was accepted as it said at the time. He says, Well, I will check again. No.I say well I am not up to coming in today. Tomorrow. I don't have transportation so I must walk which he knows from the first time I came in. I go in the next day & again at 130pm the door is locked & I go to get in my unit, but he has put a lock on it too! For what! I have paid for this unit! And filled out the app!As required!
