Arizona Mini Storage is built with customer convenience and satisfaction as our main goal. We are located less than 5 miles from the I-17, 51 and the 101 freeways. The security of your belongings is our top priority Our facility features new upgraded security gates, surveillance cameras, lighting system and a resident manager. All of our storage units are equipped with alarms that will alert us to any access. Wide drive aisles make loading and unloading a breeze

The facility is cheaper then most and close to my house. The service I found was friendly and helpful. The wait was a bit long when I checked in, but that was due to being understaffed, so I completely understand that. I was actually impressed how the staff member handled himself with plenty of people in the wait area. I think my only negative thing to say was that I booked this using a AAA discount and I assumed that I would get a free month. Due to the time I booked the free month only includes the remaining of the month, it was a bit misleading.

I was told by spare foot that I would get the first month free and this particular facility did not require insurance and the manager tried to charge me $56 for the next month and she also absolutely would not let me get out of paying insurance. she said it was mandatory even though I had a confirmation by spare foot and it was in print on the website that they did not require insurance. Also they do not have a bathroom on the premises any longer so you have to leave to go elsewhere to go to the bathroom. And their gate hours close at 7 p.m.

I was told and saw it on the website whether it was through their website or SpareFoot (and confirmed with the spare foot representative) that insurance was not required and that was one of the primary reasons I rented at this facility. The manager would not let me out of paying that insurance. she said it was mandatory and I negotiated, I held my ground with her about how it said when I signed up and they confirmed with SpareFoot that insurance was not required at this facility and they should honor it and she would not do it. Also after I rented the unit got my stuff in there I asked to use the restroom and she told me they had closed them. I would have never rented a storage unit from a place that doesn't have a functioning bathroom that I can access while I'm working in my storage unit for hours and have to run the restaurant across the street to go to the bathroom. I just figure the manager didn't want me to go without insurance cuz I was getting a free month through triple A so she was going to hammer me for that extra money and she was trying to get me to pay for next month at the same time. Also they say first month free but because they bill on the 1st of the month because I moved in the middle of the month I only get 2 weeks for free. Detected some dishonesty from the manager. She told me that they changed the insurance to mandatory about a month ago but I don't believe her she seemed like she might have been lying. The point in cases is it was advertised at one month free with no insurance requirements and that's what I expected and I had to pay insurance so for that reason I automatically don't like them and don't plan to stay. Also gate hours are 7pm. Lowest in the industry.

Every customer should be awarded with a free first month regardless of when signed up during the month. I received a prorated partial discount because of a 12th of the month sign up. Keep your customers happy, don't prorate. Also a $20 administration fee was applied . Other storage facilities charge only $10. I understand you are running a business but why the high fees?

I've rented storage for quite a few years. either for business or personal, or both. this facility is very clean and well kept. access is well marked and driveways are clear well regulated.

I have to say I just experienced one of the best customer service experiences at Arizona Mini Storage. The office was exceptionally clean and the owners were beyond friendly and great to deal with. They walked me through all the paperwork - were so welcoming - provided me with a new lock and showed me my unit. It was a terrific experience!!! THEN to top it off, they have fresh baked cookies and cold water for the tenants! Great JOB!!!
