Ace Self Storage

The storage facility is clean and secure. The gate key pad is very hard to read. I had issues trying to exit. The office manager had to assist me. 4 stars instead of 5 due to the gate issue.

Virginia is very consciousness and ensures her occupants are trustworthy and reliable. The hours of operation aren't really worth it for those working full-time hours. The price is fair.

It was easy set up appointment get in has supplys to unload. Done.

I have had storage with Ace Self Storage for over 20 years. They have always been kind, knowlegable, clean, in a good neighborhood, and have some of the best prices in town! Virginia in the office has always taken really good care of me and my account there, and has become a friend. I would highly recommend going to Ace for your storage needs they will take good care of you!

Ace Self Storage is amazing. The facility itself is very clean with wide easy access to the units. The staff is super friendly and empathetic to their tenants needs and issues. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing some space for a time.

Indoor, secured facility. Industrial elevators to get your belongings to your unit. Only downfall is that it took several trips to get everything to my unit and in due to only being able to access via elevator and the hallways where the units are, are a bit narrow.

Highly recommend this facility! All of the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. The units are a really good value, best ones Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve found in the Phoenix area! They also work with you if you need help, at one point I had missed my payment due to my dad being in the hospital and when I told them why I missed it, they immediately waived the late fees I had accrued. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s also super convenient to make payments as they offer automatic payment as well as an online payment portal. They definitely know how to provide world class customer service and treat you like a friend. I have already recommended this facility to my family and will continue to do so! If you need a storage unit, donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t go anywhere but Ace Storage. :)

Hours kinda suck but it's cheap

Not 24/7 access, nor is there unlimited truck space, but well worth the price, security and customer service

Ace self storage is an excellent storage facility. The facility is very clean and the units are extremely accessible. The woman that runs the place is amazing. She is friendly, professional, and very helpful. I have had many storage units and have never found one that suits my needs in all ways as ace self storage in all aspects. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Nice staff, good equipment. Doors and elevator are a bit tight though.

We had a great experience renting with Ace Self Storage, we've been there for a long time now and appreciate their level of detail to security and servicing our needs. The facility is nice and Climate Control is a plus.
